開始使用：在「套組」新增具名組件與數量。每張卡代表一套實際物品；兩套相同工具也應各建一張卡。以測試代號或稱呼記錄借用者，不需要電話、地址或證件。

歸還：從「點收歸還」填本次實際收到的數量，核對摘要後確認。「填入全部待還量」只填表，仍需確認。未收到不會自動算遺失；「註記遺失」需填原因。含遺失結案的套組需補齊或調整後才恢復可借。

提醒：成功借出後，可在「設定」啟用提醒。關閉通知仍可使用借還功能。提醒依紀錄保存的時區，安排到期日上午9點；已過提醒時間不補發。「重新核對提醒」可更新狀態；已安排不代表保證準時送達。

備份：「套組」左上設定 →「備份」→「匯出備份」。閱讀提醒後選擇儲存位置，並到該位置確認檔案確實存在。備份包含稱呼、照片及歷史，未另加密碼，請妥善保管。

匯入：先選檔並查看新增、略過與衝突數量；取消不提交。相同識別碼但內容不同會整次停止，不能用匯入覆蓋較新的本機紀錄。已有資料時保留本機設定；系統通知授權不會由備份恢復。

出現錯誤：保留 App 資料與備份，不重裝、不清資料。若顯示待處理操作，使用原操作的「重試」，避免另建一筆。無法開啟本機資料時，可依「從備份復原」提示檢查已驗證備份；復原只包含該備份內容，較新的資料可能不在其中。先確認備份日期與預覽，不確定時取消。

求助時請提供 App／iOS 版本、操作步驟、錯誤文字與時間。遮住稱呼及照片中的私人內容，不提供密碼或私鑰，不主動寄送完整備份。支援聯絡：lzz.1999@icloud.com。

資料說明：套組、照片、稱呼、歷史與設定保存在 App 本機資料區。App 無帳號、廣告、追蹤分析或自動上傳；照片會重新編碼，不沿用原始定位中繼資料。使用者選擇的分享／檔案服務及系統裝置備份各依其設定處理資料。本機模式不代表資料絕不離開裝置。首版不提供任意歷史刪改或清空全部資料功能。

Getting started: Add named components and quantities in Kits. Each card represents one real kit. Use a nickname or activity code; no phone number, address or identity document is needed.

Returns: Enter only the quantities actually received, review the summary, then confirm. Filling all outstanding quantities does not submit the return. Outstanding items are not automatically marked lost. Losses require a reason; a kit closed with losses remains unavailable until replenished or adjusted.

Reminders: After a successful loan, you can enable reminders in Settings. Notifications are optional. Reminders use the record’s saved time zone at 9 a.m. on the due date; past reminder times are not sent retroactively. Recheck reminders to inspect arrangement status. Scheduled does not guarantee delivery at an exact time.

Backups: Open Kits → Settings → Backup and choose Export backup. Read the warning, choose a location and independently confirm the file exists there. Backups contain nicknames, photos and history and have no added password encryption.

Import: Review the added, identical and conflicting records before confirming. Cancel leaves current data unchanged. Conflicting content with the same identifier stops the entire import; importing is not a way to overwrite newer local history. Existing databases keep local settings. System notification permission is not restored from a backup.

Errors: Preserve app data and backups. Do not reinstall or clear the app as a troubleshooting shortcut. Retry a pending operation using its original retry control instead of creating another record. If local data cannot open, Recover from backup can inspect a verified backup. Recovery contains only that backup’s content; later changes may be missing. Check the date and preview before confirming, or cancel if unsure.

For support, prepare your app and iOS versions, steps, error message and time. Hide private nicknames and photo content. Do not provide passwords or private keys, or send a complete backup without a specific need. Contact kitHug support at lzz.1999@icloud.com.

Data: Kits, photos, nicknames, history and settings are stored in the app’s local data area. The app has no account, ads, tracking analytics or automatic uploads. Photos are re-encoded without carrying over original location metadata. Sharing destinations, file services and system device backups follow their own settings. Local storage does not mean data can never leave the device. This version does not offer unrestricted history deletion/editing or an erase-all-data control.
