適用範圍
本說明適用於iPhone上的「借還簿 kitHug」（簡體中文名稱「借还簿」）。App讓一位管理者記錄整套物品的借出、分次歸還、遺失與歷史。借用者不需要安裝App，也不需要註冊帳號。
App處理哪些資料
你可以在App內輸入套組和組件名稱、數量、借用者稱呼或活動代號、日期、遺失原因及其他操作註記，並選填套組照片。App也保存借出時的清單與照片參照、歸還／遺失／延期／撤銷等歷史、日期時區、設定，以及用於資料關聯和避免重複提交的識別碼。
請使用借還所需的最少資訊。App不要求真實姓名、電話、住址或證件資料，也不提供通訊錄、學生名冊或未成年人資料匯入功能。照片本身可能包含私人資訊，請自行確認內容後再選取。
本機儲存與資料傳送
App將借還資料保存在自己的本機資料區。此版本沒有帳號、伺服器同步、廣告、追蹤分析或自動上傳功能，也不會自動寄送催還訊息。開發者不會因為你在App內輸入資料，就自動取得這些內容。
「本機」不表示資料永遠不會離開裝置。你自行使用的檔案儲存、分享目的地，以及iOS裝置備份服務，會依各自的設定處理資料。選擇這些服務前，請確認其存取權限與隱私規則。
照片與相機
照片為選填。你可以使用系統選取器選一張照片，或選擇拍攝套組照片；拍攝需要相機權限。App不要求瀏覽整個照片庫的權限。
選取或拍攝後，App將照片重新編碼、縮小並保存副本，不沿用原始照片的定位中繼資料。這不會遮除照片畫面中可見的人物、文字或位置線索。從原相簿移除照片，不會一併移除App內已保存或被歷史引用的副本。
本機通知
提醒為自願啟用，不允許通知仍能借出與歸還。提醒使用每筆借出記錄保存的時區及應還日期安排，不會自動傳送給借用者。通知內容只提示有套組到期，不包含借用者稱呼。你可在iOS管理App的通知權限；實際送達仍可能受系統或專注模式影響。
備份、分享與匯入
自行匯出的.kitloan備份包含設定、套組、借出快照、事件歷史及被引用的照片，因此也可能包含稱呼與註記。App會先產生並驗證檔案，再交由你透過系統選擇儲存或分享目的地。
備份沒有另加密碼加密。完整性校驗用於偵測內容損壞，不是密碼保護；能取得備份檔的人可能讀取其中內容。請妥善保管，避免分享到不必要的目的地。取消分享不代表備份已完成；請到選定位置確認檔案。
匯入會先驗證及預覽。相同識別碼且內容一致的記錄略過；同識別碼內容不同則停止整次匯入，不自動覆蓋。本機已有資料時保留本機設定，系統通知授權不會從檔案恢復。
資料保留與管理
App保留歷史，以維持數量與操作的可追溯性。更改目前套組名稱或照片不會重寫舊借出快照；被歷史引用的照片仍會保存。此版本不提供任意歷史刪改或清空全部資料按鈕。
你自行匯出的備份、分享出去的檔案及系統備份有各自的保留方式，不會因為App內操作而自動全部刪除。請透過各儲存服務管理這些副本。排除故障時，先保留有效備份；不要為了重試而直接重裝或清除資料。
支援聯絡
若你主動透過正式支援管道聯絡維護者，對方會收到你自行提供的內容。請只提供處理問題需要的App／iOS版本、操作步驟及錯誤訊息，並遮住私人稱呼、照片與其他敏感內容。不要提供密碼或私鑰，也不要在沒有必要時寄送完整備份。
kitHug 支援與隱私聯絡：lzz.1999@icloud.com。寄送電子郵件會將寄件地址、內容及附件交給收件信箱及所用郵件服務；這些通訊位於 App 本機資料區之外，並不會隨 App 內操作自動刪除。若要詢問你寄送內容的處理或提出刪除請求，請使用上述信箱聯絡。
本支援網站
本網站由 GitHub Pages 代管，頁面不含分析程式、第三方嵌入或聯絡表單。GitHub 可能依其服務處理 IP 位址、請求時間等連線資料，詳見 GitHub 隱私權聲明。App 的本機儲存模式不代表網站不會處理連線資料。

Scope
This notice applies to kitHug for iPhone, named 借還簿 in Traditional Chinese and 借还簿 in Simplified Chinese. The app helps one manager record whole-kit loans, partial returns, losses and history. Borrowers do not need to install the app or create an account.
Information handled by the app
You may enter kit and component names, quantities, borrower nicknames or activity codes, dates, loss reasons and operation notes, and optionally add a kit photo. The app also stores loan snapshots, references to photos, return/loss/due-date/undo history, record time zones, settings and identifiers used to link records and prevent duplicate submissions.
Enter only what is needed to manage a loan. The app does not require legal names, phone numbers, addresses or identity documents. It does not provide contact-list, student-roster or minors' data import features. Photos may reveal private information; check their content before selecting them.
Local storage and transfers
Loan data is stored in the app's local data area. This version has no accounts, server sync, advertisements, tracking analytics or automatic uploads. It does not send automatic reminders to borrowers. Entering information in the app does not automatically give the developer access to it.
Local storage does not mean data can never leave your device. File services and sharing destinations you choose, and iOS device backup services, handle data under their own settings and rules. Check their access controls and privacy practices before using them.
Photos and camera access
Photos are optional. You can select one photo with the system picker or take a kit photo, which requires camera permission. The app does not request access to browse your entire photo library.
The app resizes and re-encodes a saved copy without carrying over original location metadata. This does not remove people, text or location clues visible in the image. Removing the original photo from your library does not remove copies stored in the app or referenced by loan history.
Local notifications
Reminders are optional; borrowing and returns work without notification permission. A reminder uses the due date and time zone saved with the loan. It is not sent to the borrower. Notification text only indicates that a kit is due and does not include the borrower's nickname. You can manage notification permission in iOS. Delivery may be affected by system settings or Focus.
Backups, sharing and imports
A .kitloan export contains settings, kits, loan snapshots, events and referenced photos. It may therefore contain nicknames and notes. The app prepares and validates the file before you choose its destination through the system.
Backups have no added password encryption. Integrity checks detect damaged content; they are not password protection. Someone with access to a backup file may be able to read its contents. Keep backups secure and avoid unnecessary sharing. Cancelling a sharing operation does not confirm a saved backup; check the chosen destination yourself.
Imports are validated and previewed. Identical records with matching identifiers are skipped; different content with the same identifier stops the entire import instead of overwriting records. Existing databases keep local settings. System notification permission is not restored from a backup.
Retention and control
History is retained to keep quantities and actions traceable. Editing a current kit name or photo does not rewrite earlier loan snapshots. Photos referenced by history remain stored. This version does not offer unrestricted history editing/deletion or an erase-all-data button.
Exported files, shared copies and system backups have their own retention arrangements. App actions do not automatically delete all such copies. Manage them with the relevant storage service. When troubleshooting, preserve a valid backup rather than reinstalling or clearing data just to retry.
Support
If you choose to contact the maintainer through the official support channel, the recipient receives the information you send. Provide only the app/iOS version, steps and error details needed to investigate. Redact private nicknames, photos and other sensitive content. Do not send passwords, private keys or an entire backup without a specific need.
For kitHug support and privacy enquiries, contact lzz.1999@icloud.com. Sending email shares your sender address, message and attachments with the receiving mailbox and the email services used. These communications are outside the app’s local data area and are not automatically deleted by actions in the app. To ask about the handling of information you sent or request its deletion, contact this address.
This support website
This website is hosted by GitHub Pages. Its pages have no analytics scripts, third-party embeds or contact forms. GitHub may process connection data such as IP addresses and request times as part of its services; see the GitHub Privacy Statement. The app’s local storage model does not mean a website handles no connection data.
